MG S5: A New Level of Luxury and Comfort

When it comes to the interior of the MG S5, it’s clear that the brand has made significant improvements. Gone are the days of ugly and flimsy plastics, replaced with soft-touch faux leather and suede. The addition of metal-effect accents and the reduction of gloss black plastic give the cabin a more upscale feel. The overall build quality feels solid, and even the plastic smell that was once a common complaint with MG vehicles is now virtually non-existent.

The seats in the MG S5 are a mix of fabric and faux leather, providing a comfortable and stylish seating option. Despite the lack of adjustable lumbar support, the seats are more comfortable than those found in the previous MG4 model. The interior design has been greatly improved, with a cleaner and more sophisticated look.

One area where the MG 4 excelled was in usability, with a simple multimedia system and physical buttons. The MG S5 takes it a step further with the addition of dials and rocker switches for temperature, volume, and fan control. This thoughtful design makes for a more user-friendly experience.

The touchscreen in the MG S5 is more responsive and smoother than before, making it easier to navigate. The menus have been streamlined for better organization, with larger buttons for improved usability. While the fake carbon fiber accents may not be to everyone’s taste, the overall design of the interior puts the MG S5 on par with European and Korean competitors.

In terms of practicality, the MG S5 doesn’t disappoint. Rear passenger space is generous, and the flat floor adds to the comfort of passengers. With a boot size of 453 liters, the MG S5 offers ample storage space, comparable to that of the Renault Scenic. The variable-height floor in the boot adds to the versatility of the vehicle.

Overall, the MG S5 sets a new standard for luxury and comfort in its class. With its improved interior quality, user-friendly controls, and spacious design, the MG S5 is a strong contender in the market. Whether you’re looking for a stylish family car or a comfortable daily driver, the MG S5 delivers on all fronts. Experience the new level of luxury with the MG S5.
