Leapmotor Sets New Monthly Record with Over 138% Year-on-Year Surge in June 2025 Deliveries

Leapmotor, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, announced on July 1st that it had achieved a significant milestone by delivering 48,006 vehicles in June. This marked a remarkable year-on-year surge of over 138% and set a new monthly record for the company. In the first half of 2025, Leapmotor delivered a total of 221,664 units, showcasing strong growth and demand for its electric vehicles. As of June 18th, the company’s cumulative deliveries had surpassed 800,000 units, further solidifying its position in the EV market.

The success of Leapmotor can be attributed to its popular C-series models, which continue to be the main sales contributors for the company. One standout model is the 2026 Leapmotor C16 full-size crossover SUV, which was launched on June 18th with a starting price of 151,800 yuan. The C16 introduced a new five-seat version and featured several upgrades to enhance its appeal to customers.

In addition to the C-series, the B-series has emerged as a new growth driver for Leapmotor. The Leapmotor B10 compact SUV, which went on sale on April 10th, has shown strong performance in the market. By April 28th, the 10,000th unit of the B10 had already been produced, highlighting its popularity among customers. At this year’s AUTO SHANGHAI event, Leapmotor unveiled the new sedan B01, which went on pre-sale on June 29th with a starting price of 105,800 yuan. The B01 is equipped with advanced technologies such as LiDAR and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8295 processor, making it an attractive option for younger consumers looking for intelligent sedan choices.

With ambitious targets in mind, Leapmotor aims to achieve annual sales of 500,000 vehicles in 2025, with the B-series expected to play a crucial role in reaching this goal. The company’s expansion efforts were further emphasized in June with the opening of its 1,500th retail center in Hong Kong. The launch of right-hand-drive versions of the Leapmotor C10 and T03 in the Hong Kong market, along with the commencement of pre-sales, demonstrates Leapmotor’s commitment to global growth and market penetration.

Overall, Leapmotor’s success in June 2025 reflects its strong product lineup, growing market presence, and commitment to innovation in the electric vehicle industry. As the company continues to expand its offerings and reach new milestones, it is poised to make a significant impact on the future of sustainable transportation.
