Xpeng Achieves Record Monthly Deliveries of Over 30,000 Vehicles

Xpeng, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer listed on the NYSE, experienced a milestone achievement last month as it surpassed the 30,000 mark in monthly deliveries for the first time. This success was attributed to the strong sales performance of the company’s new models, the P7+ and Mona M03.

According to data released by Xpeng, the company delivered a total of 30,895 vehicles in November, marking a significant increase of 54.16 percent compared to the same period last year. This also represents the third consecutive month of record-high deliveries for Xpeng, with a 29.18 percent increase from October.

In the January-November period, Xpeng reported a total of 153,373 vehicle deliveries, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 26.25 percent. The Mona M03, one of the company’s latest models, continued to be a top performer with over 10,000 units delivered in November. Additionally, the P7+ garnered more than 7,000 deliveries just 23 days after its launch.

Xpeng introduced the Mona M03 on August 27, marking its first successful launch for the second half of the year. The sedan, available in three variants with competitive starting prices, has proven to be a popular choice among consumers. With cumulative deliveries reaching 30,000 units by the end of November, the Mona M03 has established itself as a key player in Xpeng’s lineup.

The company’s latest offering, the P7+, was unveiled on November 7 and quickly gained traction in the market. Available in regular and limited edition variants, the P7+ attracted significant interest from customers, leading to the rapid sale of all 500 units of the limited edition model. Nationwide deliveries of the P7+ commenced on November 11, further driving Xpeng’s overall delivery numbers.

Despite the strong demand for both the Mona M03 and P7+, Xpeng is actively working to increase production capacity to meet customer orders. Currently, customers in China can expect delivery times of 8-12 weeks for the Mona M03 and 8-11 weeks for the P7+. The company operates two production facilities, with the P7+ manufactured in Guangzhou and the Mona M03 produced in Zhaoqing.

Looking ahead, Xpeng continues to expand its product portfolio and market presence. The recent announcement of the upcoming launch of the 8-seater X9 MPV on December 1 signals the company’s commitment to innovation and growth in the electric vehicle sector.

In conclusion, Xpeng’s achievement of surpassing 30,000 monthly deliveries underscores its position as a key player in the EV market. With a strong lineup of models and a focus on meeting customer demand, Xpeng is poised for continued success in the evolving automotive industry.
