Nissan has officially launched the 2025 model year of the Ariya, their electric SUV, with prices starting at just under $40,000. This latest model boasts a range of nearly 300 miles and the convenience of being able to charge up at Tesla Superchargers for effortless road trips.

The 2025 Nissan Ariya comes in two battery size options: 66 kWh and 91 kWh. The smaller battery provides a range of up to 216 miles, while the larger one can go up to 289 miles on a single charge for front-wheel drive models. Customers can also choose between front-wheel drive (FWD) or Nissan’s e-4ORCE AWD dual-motor powertrain options.

The AWD e-4ORCE system delivers up to 389 hp and 442 lb-ft of torque, promising “thrilling acceleration.” AWD Ariya models offer a range of up to 272 miles, making it a versatile option for drivers.

As part of Nissan’s new ENERGY Charge Network, EV drivers now have access to over 100,000 public charging stations, including 17,800 Tesla Superchargers. However, owners will need to purchase an NACS adapter kit for $235 to access the Superchargers.

The pricing for the 2025 Nissan Ariya starts at $39,770 for the base Engage FWD model, with the AWD (e-4ORCE) model starting at $43,770. The top-tier Platinum trim is priced at $54,370, offering luxury features and performance.

Inside, the electric SUV features Nissan’s Advanced Drive-Assist display with dual 12.3″ infotainment and driver cluster screens in a unique “wave-like” shape. Standard features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, a Head-up display, and a Virtual Personal Assistant.

The 2025 Nissan Ariya also comes equipped with Nissan’s ProPilot Assist with Navi-link for assisted driving, with the option to upgrade to ProPilot 2.0 for hands-off highway driving.
