In 2024, Dongfeng Motor is expecting to sell a total of 2.48 million vehicles, reflecting a 2.5% year-on-year increase. Terminal deliveries are projected to reach 2.56 million units, a 4.8% growth compared to the previous year.

Notably, sales of Dongfeng Motor’s wholly-owned brands are set to reach 1.37 million units, showing a significant 34.3% growth and accounting for 55% of the company’s total sales. This marks a 13-percentage point increase from the previous year.

The company also anticipates a surge in new energy vehicle (NEV) sales, with projections of 860,000 units in 2024, a 70.9% year-on-year increase. Of these, 810,000 units are expected to come from Dongfeng Motor’s wholly-owned brands, representing a remarkable 122.5% surge from the previous year.

Looking ahead to 2025, Dongfeng Motor has set an ambitious target of selling 3 million vehicles, with the potential to reach 3.2 million units. This goal includes selling over 1 million NEVs and 500,000 units in overseas markets and exports.

The company is focused on strengthening its specialty equipment business, advancing its intelligent technology initiatives, and expanding its international presence to drive growth and innovation in the coming years.
