Gasgoo Daily: BYD Launches SEAL EV in Japanese Market
BYD has recently introduced its electric vehicle model, the SEAL, to the Japanese market. This new model comes in two variants, both equipped with an 82.56 kWh battery. The rear-wheel-drive version is priced at 5.28 million yen (approximately 240,000 yuan) and has a range of about 640 km. On the other hand, the all-wheel-drive variant costs 6.05 million yen (approximately 275,500 yuan) and offers a range of about 575 km. Local deliveries of the SEAL EV are set to begin by the end of July and August.
