The Gordon Murray Group (GMG) is taking a significant step towards digital transformation by upgrading to the IFS Cloud AI-powered platform. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing the production of its T.33 supercar range and supporting the introduction of new models over the next five years.

By transitioning to the IFS Cloud platform, GMG is looking to scale its operations, improve efficiency, and streamline processes. The platform’s architecture, combined with embedded industrial AI, will provide real-time data access and enable informed decision-making for the company.

The partnership with IFS will cover various aspects of GMG’s business, including supply chain management, project management, finance, and manufacturing operations. This support will allow GMG to focus on producing and delivering high-performance vehicles to a global customer base.

CEO of Gordon Murray Group, Phil Lee, emphasized the importance of upgrading to IFS Cloud, stating that the platform will provide scalability, intelligence, and a unified data foundation to support their innovation journey. With IFS Cloud, GMG aims to maintain advanced operations that align with the level of excellence in the vehicles they engineer.

The IFS Cloud platform offers a wide range of enterprise solutions, including enterprise asset management, enterprise resource planning, supply chain management, and field service management. This comprehensive suite of tools will enable GMG to drive precision and performance, delivering innovative and craftsmanship-driven vehicles to their customers.

Stephanie Poore, Managing Director of IFS UK, Ireland, and Benelux, expressed pride in deepening the partnership with GMG and supporting their evolution with IFS Cloud. By embedding Industrial AI into their operations, GMG can achieve new levels of precision and performance, continuing to delight customers with their innovative designs.

In February 2025, GMG announced the launch of a new consortium project focused on developing ultra-lightweight and environmentally friendly vehicle structures. This initiative further demonstrates GMG’s commitment to innovation and sustainability in the automotive industry.

In conclusion, the upgrade to IFS Cloud represents a significant milestone for Gordon Murray Group, enabling them to leverage cutting-edge technology to drive their business forward. As they continue to push the boundaries of automotive design and engineering, GMG is poised to deliver exceptional performance vehicles to a global audience.
