Huawei’s Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA) business recently announced the upcoming launch of the Aito M5 Ultra SUV on March 20. This new vehicle will be equipped with Huawei’s smart driving system, providing users with advanced technological capabilities for a seamless driving experience.

Aito initiated pre-sales of the M5 Ultra on March 1, offering a starting price of RMB 238,000 ($32,900). Customers who place a pre-order can secure their vehicle by paying RMB 2,000 upfront, with a RMB 5,000 discount applied to the final payment. This attractive offer aims to incentivize early adopters and generate excitement for the release of the M5 Ultra.

Richard Yu, Huawei’s managing director and chairman of the smart car solutions business unit, confirmed in a video announcement that the M5 Ultra will come standard with Huawei’s smart driving system. This integration highlights Huawei’s commitment to innovation and sets a new standard for smart vehicles in the market.

Aito, a premium new energy-vehicle (NEV) brand established through a collaboration between Huawei and Seres Group, has positioned itself as a leader in the industry. The M5 Ultra represents Aito’s latest addition to its lineup, following the successful launches of the M7 and M9 models. With a focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology, Aito continues to push boundaries and redefine the future of transportation.

The Aito M5 Ultra is available in both extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) and battery electric vehicle (BEV) variants, providing customers with flexibility and choice. The vehicle’s updated design and features cater to the evolving needs of modern drivers, offering a blend of performance, efficiency, and style.

For customers interested in exploring other Aito models, the M8 and updated M9 SUVs are also available for pre-order. These vehicles showcase Aito’s dedication to delivering premium electric vehicles that combine luxury with eco-friendly technology.

As the automotive industry embraces the shift towards electric vehicles, Aito stands out as a pioneer in the field. By partnering with Huawei and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, Aito continues to drive innovation and set new standards for sustainable transportation. The launch of the M5 Ultra signals a new chapter in Aito’s journey towards a greener and smarter future.
