Huawei’s Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA) had an impressive start to the year by delivering 34,987 vehicles in January 2025. The alliance is focused on launching multiple new models under its four existing brands, aiming to drive sustained sales growth and enhance the value of Chinese automotive brands.

One of the standout performers in January was the AITO M9 flagship smart SUV lineup, which led the premium new energy vehicle (NEV) segment with 12,483 units delivered. The M7 series also proved to be popular, recording deliveries of 8,443 units and solidifying its position in the luxury new energy SUV market.

The LUXEED R7 smart coupe SUV continued its impressive performance with 11,420 units delivered in January, bringing the cumulative total to over 40,000 units. The extended-range version of the R7 started nationwide deliveries, strengthening HIMA’s presence in the 300,000-yuan price segment.

The STELATO S9, a flagship smart all-electric sedan, saw monthly deliveries of 643 units in January. Additionally, the MAEXTRO S800 executive-level sedan exceeded expectations in the ultra-luxury market segment.

Looking ahead, HIMA has set ambitious goals for 2025, including challenging the 1-million-unit sales target across its four existing brands. With a strong start to the year and a lineup of innovative and competitive models, HIMA is poised for continued success in the automotive industry.
