Leapmotor (HKG: 9863) has recently opened pre-sales for the updated C11 SUV, their latest model launched this year. The company has begun accepting pre-orders for the updated C11, which comes with higher pre-sales prices than its predecessor but offers improved specifications.

The updated C11 is available in both extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) and battery electric vehicle (BEV) versions. The BEV variant is built on an 800-volt high-voltage platform and boasts a CLTC range of 640 kilometers. This model has been on the market for four years and has already accumulated over 250,000 deliveries.

The updated C11 EREV is offered in two variants with starting prices of RMB 158,800 ($22,170) and RMB 168,800, representing a 6.72 percent increase compared to the previous version. On the other hand, the updated C11 BEV comes in two variants with pre-sales prices of RMB 165,800 and RMB 175,800, reflecting a 9.22 percent increase from the previous model.

In terms of dimensions, the updated C11 measures 4,780 mm in length, 1,905 mm in width, and 1,658 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,930 mm. The BEV variants offer a CLTC range of 640 kilometers, while the EREV variants have a battery range of 300 kilometers.

The model features a 17.3-inch central screen, larger than the 14.6-inch screen of its predecessor, and comes equipped with an AR-HUD head-up display system with a display area of 60 inches. Additionally, the updated C11 includes LiDAR, a feature not commonly found in this price segment.

Leapmotor currently offers a range of models in China, including the T03, B10, C01, C10, C11, and C16. The company delivered 48,006 vehicles in June, marking the second consecutive month of record-breaking sales. The C11 alone delivered 8,246 units in May, bringing the total deliveries to 251,862.
