Li Auto Achieves Milestone with 150,000 Deliveries of Li L6 SUV
Li Auto has reached a significant milestone, announcing that cumulative deliveries of the Li L6 SUV have exceeded 150,000 units just seven months after the model was launched. The company introduced the Li L6 on April 18, with deliveries of the extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) model commencing on April 24. The Li L6 quickly gained popularity, reaching its 100,000th delivery milestone on September 19.
The Li L6, a five-seat SUV, is currently the most affordable model in Li Auto’s lineup. Available in Pro and Max trims with starting prices of RMB 249,800 ($34,580) and RMB 279,800, respectively, the Li L6 has become the automaker’s best-selling vehicle. In fact, monthly deliveries of the Li L6 have consistently exceeded 20,000 units over the past five months.
In October alone, Li Auto delivered a total of 51,443 vehicles, marking a 27.26 percent year-on-year increase. The Li L6 was a standout performer, delivering 25,814 units and contributing 50.18 percent of Li Auto’s monthly deliveries. This strong performance has solidified the Li L6’s position as the company’s main seller.
For the period spanning January to October, Li Auto delivered a total of 393,255 vehicles, reflecting a 38.16 percent year-on-year increase. The Li L6 accounted for 140,170 of these deliveries, making up 35.64 percent of Li Auto’s total deliveries for the year.
In addition to the Li L6, Li Auto offers other models such as the Li L7, Li L8, Li L9 EREV SUVs, and the Li Mega all-electric MPV. The Li L7, Li L8, and Li L9 models contributed significantly to Li Auto’s deliveries, with each delivering thousands of units in October and making significant contributions throughout the year.
The success of the Li L6 and other models has propelled Li Auto to new heights in the electric vehicle market. With a strong lineup of vehicles and a growing customer base, Li Auto continues to make waves in the industry.
