Lynk & Co, a brand majority-owned by Zeekr, has introduced its latest flagship hybrid SUV, the Lynk & Co 900. This plug-in hybrid SUV is designed for the global market and represents the brand’s largest vehicle to date.
Measuring 5,240 mm in length, 1,999 mm in width, and 1,810 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,160 mm, the Lynk & Co 900 boasts a spacious interior with best-in-class headroom and legroom. The design language of the SUV, known as The Next Day, is complemented by five exterior color options – black, grey, blue, white, and silver.
Equipped with silicon carbide-powered electric motors, the Lynk & Co 900 is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in less than five seconds, reaching a top speed of over 200 km/h. The SUV offers three powertrain options, with the most powerful variant featuring a 2.0T engine, a front motor with a peak power of 123 kW, and two rear motors with a peak power of 160 kW.
The interior of the Lynk & Co 900 is equipped with an advanced infotainment system powered by dual Qualcomm 8295 chipsets, with a center screen boasting 6K resolution. Pricing details for the model have not been disclosed at this time.
The release of the Lynk & Co 900 aligns with Zeekr’s goal of achieving nearly 40 percent sales growth in 2025. As part of Geely Auto and Volvo Cars joint venture, Lynk & Co initially focused on gasoline vehicles but has since expanded its offerings to include battery electric vehicles (BEVs).
In addition to the Lynk & Co 900, the brand recently launched the Z10 sedan and the Z20 compact SUV, further solidifying its position in the electric vehicle market. With Zeekr’s acquisition of a 51 percent stake in Lynk & Co, the brand aims to become a globalized premium luxury NEV group with annual sales reaching one million units.
