NavInfo and HSAE will leverage their respective strengths to establish a robust technology ecosystem. NavInfo brings expertise in core assisted driving technologies, smart cockpits, chip design, high-precision positioning, and AI infrastructure. On the other hand, HSAE boasts decades of experience in automotive electronics hardware and software design and manufacturing, specializing in smart cockpits, cockpit-driving integration, acoustic and control electronics, and a mature supply chain with large-scale production capabilities.

The collaboration will involve the creation of a joint product development entity focusing on next-generation chip co-definition, integrated assisted driving systems, coordinated smart cockpit software and hardware, AI applications, and high-precision positioning services. The goal is to accelerate innovation commercialization and deliver competitive solutions to the market.

Specifically, the agreement underscores deep collaboration on innovative products. In the chip domain, NavInfo and HSAE will collaborate on defining, developing, and promoting next-gen chips, exploring new models for industrial innovation, and advancing technology and market presence.

For driver assistance, the companies aim to scale their technical strengths rapidly and co-develop cockpit-driving fusion technologies to provide cost-effective, high-performance solutions to OEMs. They also plan to engage in joint development of software applications, cloud services, and AI model integration for smart cockpit solutions that align with evolving user demands.
