The Chinese MIIT recently announced the launch of the new Jetour Traveller, featuring a fresh exterior design and powered by a 2.0T engine. The current Jetour Traveller available in the market offers 1.5T and 2.0T engine options, with prices ranging from 139,900 to 184,900 yuan (19,100 to 25,200 USD).

The new Jetour Traveller boasts a redesigned front end with a revamped bumper, grille, and headlight configuration. The grille features an irregular shape with chrome accents, while the headlights are now blackened. The vehicle maintains its distinctive square box shape, with the “JETOUR” brand letters relocated above the grille.
Moving to the rear, the new Jetour Traveller retains its square box design with vertical taillights, a side-opening tailgate, and a high-mounted brake light. The vehicle’s rear end is narrow at the top and widens towards the bottom.
Additionally, the new Jetour Traveller comes equipped with 19-inch aluminum rims, widened wheel arches, new side steps, and a roof platform luggage rack. The A, B, and C pillars have been blackened to enhance the vehicle’s overall aesthetic.
The dimensions of the new Jetour Traveller measure 4785mm in length, 2022mm in width, and 1910mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2800mm and a curb weight of 1898kg. The approach angle is 26°, and the departure angle is 28°. In comparison, the dimensions of the current Jetour Traveller on sale are slightly different.
Under the hood, the new Jetour Traveller is powered by a 2.0T engine with a maximum power output of 187kW (251hp) and peak torque of 390Nm, matched with a 7-speed DCT transmission. Official specifications are yet to be confirmed by the manufacturer.
