The ultra-luxe Genesis GV90 shines at new flagship space

Genesis has unveiled its latest luxury vehicle, the GV90, at its new flagship brand space. The GV90 is set to be the most luxurious Genesis vehicle yet, making its debut as the brand’s new flagship model. This full-size electric SUV, based on the Neolun concept unveiled last March, is expected to launch in mid-2026.

The GV90 is described as an “ultra-luxe, state-of-the-art SUV” that will elevate the Genesis brand to a new level of luxury. Camouflaged prototypes have been spotted testing on the roads, showcasing advanced features like coach doors, adaptive air suspension, and more.

The new “Night in Motion” space, based on the Neolun concept, serves as the genesis brand’s spatial philosophy showcase. It highlights the latest design and Korean aesthetics that define the brand.

While the official launch of the GV90 is anticipated in mid-2026, an earlier debut could be on the horizon. The vehicle is expected to be built on Hyundai’s new eM platform, offering a 50% improvement in driving range compared to current EVs and advanced Level 3 autonomous driving features.

As the largest and most luxurious SUV in the Genesis lineup, the GV90 won’t come cheap. Prices are estimated to start around $100,000, with higher trim levels exceeding $120,000. With its combination of luxury, technology, and performance, the GV90 is poised to set a new standard in the luxury SUV market.
