Aston Martin Valhalla Prototype Hypercar Review
Aston Martin has unveiled its latest creation, the Valhalla, a supercar that some may argue belongs in the hypercar category with its impressive 1064bhp power output. Our review takes place at Aston’s top-secret development facility within Silverstone, where the Valhalla prototype is currently undergoing final tweaks before its anticipated release in spring 2026. While the software is still being fine-tuned, the hardware is already set in stone.
The Valhalla boasts a two-seat carbon fiber tub and houses a mid-mounted 4.0-liter flat-plane crank AMG V8 engine that pumps out 817bhp. In addition to this, the hypercar also features three electric motors – one in the gearbox and two for the front wheels – resulting in a combined power output of 1064bhp and 811lb ft of torque.
With only 999 units of the £850,000 Valhalla set to be produced, exclusivity is guaranteed. We eagerly anticipate getting behind the wheel of the production model once it is completed. In the meantime, join us as Matt Prior delves into the technical specifications, explores the interior of the Valhalla, and shares his experience of driving – and even drifting – this powerhouse around the track.
