The collaboration between Windrose Technology and Orange will enable real-time vehicle monitoring, remote diagnostics, predictive maintenance, and remote rescue functions for the electric heavy-duty trucks. Orange is currently constructing a 5G-enabled highway in Europe to support autonomous driving and intelligent connected vehicles, further enhancing the capabilities of the V2X technology.

Windrose Technology’s electric heavy-duty trucks have already been deployed in various countries, catering to clients such as Decathlon, Remy Cointreau, and CEVA Logistics. Orange, a multinational telecom company with a strong presence globally, is committed to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040.

Founded in 2022, Windrose Technology specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for new energy intelligent heavy-duty trucks. The company boasts a team of experts with extensive experience in truck R&D, holding over 240 patents. Its investors include prominent institutions like FountainVest and Yunqi Partners, while its advisory board features executives from renowned companies such as Decathlon, Coca-Cola, and Geely Group.
