Tesla finally found a use for the Cybertruck: carry around cars for advertising

Tesla has come up with a creative way to utilize its Cybertruck by turning it into a mobile billboard for the new Model Y. Despite the Cybertruck’s lackluster sales performance, Tesla is using it as a marketing tool to attract attention and promote its other vehicles.

The idea of using the Cybertruck as a mobile billboard is not new, but it seems that Tesla has revived the concept recently. People have been spotting the Cybertruck carrying a glass trailer with a Model Y inside, serving as a moving advertisement for the electric SUV. This unique marketing strategy was seen in action in Temple, Texas.

It appears that Tesla has incorporated this mobile billboard into an owner-organized Cybertruck convoy, making use of the vehicles that are currently sitting in inventory. This innovative approach to marketing comes at a time when Tesla is increasing its promotional efforts, including some unconventional social media posts.

The decision to ramp up marketing efforts may be a response to lower sales figures this year, as well as the brand crisis that Tesla is facing due to its CEO’s controversial political involvement. Despite the availability of the new Model Y for same-day deliveries in many parts of the US, Tesla is not showing signs of panic.

If Tesla were to offer 0% financing on the Model Y in the US in the near future, it could be a cause for concern for investors. This strategy has already been implemented in China and could potentially make its way to the American market soon. Overall, Tesla’s unique marketing tactics and agile approach to advertising continue to set it apart in the competitive electric vehicle industry.
