JAC Group sees 35.59% MoM surge in Jan. 2025 auto sales

JAC Group Delivers Strong Sales Performance in January 2025

JAC Group recently announced its sales report for January 2025, showcasing a total sales volume of 35,560 vehicles. Although there was a 9.39% drop in sales compared to the previous year, there was a significant 35.59% month-over-month surge. The company’s SUV sales saw a growth of 8.8% year-on-year, with 6,452 units sold in the first month of the year. Bus sales also experienced a notable increase of 45.71% compared to the same period last year, reaching 561 units. In the new energy vehicle segment, JAC Group witnessed positive growth, with new energy passenger car sales up by 9.01% and new energy commercial vehicle sales increasing by over 30%.

One of the highlights for JAC Group in the coming months is the technical communication conference for the MAEXTRO S800. This model, developed in partnership with Huawei, is positioned as an ultra-luxury new energy sedan. The conference is expected to reveal more details about the advanced technologies integrated into the MAEXTRO S800.

In recent years, JAC Group has been focusing on electrification, connectivity, and intelligence by ramping up its investment in research and development. The company has successfully implemented V2X 3.0 technology across its vehicle lineup and achieved mass production of L2+ intelligent driving features. Strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Huawei, Horizon Robotics, iFlytek, Black Sesame Technologies, and CATL have further propelled JAC Group’s intelligent new energy vehicle development efforts.
