Since the launch of the Dongfeng eπ brand in November last year, the company has been on a fast track to introduce new products, expand sales, and enhance its distribution network. Within a short span of three months, Dongfeng eπ unveiled the eπ007 electric coupe sedan and the eπ008 family SUV, both of which have received rave reviews from the market.

The eπ007 and eπ008 have collectively achieved remarkable sales figures, with over 23,000 vehicles sold from March to July this year. This success has not only bolstered the brand’s reputation but also increased consumer acceptance of its products. In the first half of 2021, Dongfeng eπ opened 310 new stores and aims to reach 500 stores by the end of the year.
The eπ007 REEV stands out for its sophisticated design, advanced features, thrilling performance, and top-notch safety standards. Equipped with the Mach Super Range Extending Technology, this model boasts a combined fuel consumption of just 0.53L/100km under the CLTC cycle and an impressive battery-powered range of 200km, making it a perfect choice for daily commuting needs.
With the Mach Power 1.5L high-efficiency engine, the eπ007 REEV achieves a thermal efficiency of 43.5% and a fuel-electric conversion efficiency of 3.55kWh/L. Even in low battery conditions, the vehicle consumes only 4.2L/100km, offering a total range of 1,200km for stress-free long-distance travel.
One of the standout features of the eπ007 REEV is its near-silent driving experience, comparable to all-electric vehicles. During full-throttle acceleration with a low battery, the noise increase is minimal at less than 3 decibels, while idle generation noise is as low as 38 decibels. When the range extender kicks in, the noise increment is less than 1 decibel, ensuring a smooth and seamless driving experience.
