In the first ten months of 2024, Dongfeng Motor’s sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) reached approximately 700,000 units, marking an impressive 82.3% year-over-year surge.

Notably, Dongfeng Motor’s self-owned brands played a significant role in the company’s overall performance, with sales totaling 1.11 million vehicles during the Jan.-Oct. period, representing a 40.2% increase compared to the same period last year.

The company also saw success in overseas markets, exporting 202,000 vehicles in the first ten months of 2024, reflecting a 12.2% rise year-over-year.

Furthermore, on October 24, Dongfeng Motor’s premium new energy vehicle brand VOYAH launched the global edition of the VOYAH Zhiyin, named “Courage,” in three European markets: Norway, Sweden, and Finland. The Courage is priced between approximately 270,000 yuan to 430,000 yuan in these markets. Prior to this, on October 23, VOYAH hosted a brand launch event in Slovenia, showcasing both the Courage and the VOYAH FREE models.
