Geely Automobile Achieves Record Sales in February 2025

Geely Automobile Holdings Limited has reported a remarkable increase in sales for the month of February 2025. The company announced that it sold a total of 204,910 vehicles during the month, marking an impressive 84% year-on-year increase. This achievement also signifies the sixth consecutive month that Geely Automobile has surpassed the milestone of selling over 200,000 units.

New energy vehicle (NEV) sales played a significant role in driving the company’s overall performance, with 98,433 NEVs sold in February. This represents a substantial 194% year-on-year growth and accounts for more than 48% of Geely Automobile’s total sales.

Breaking down the sales figures by brand, the Geely brand led the way with monthly sales of 173,633 units, showcasing a remarkable year-on-year surge of over 91%. The Galaxy NEV series, in particular, stood out with sales of 76,132 units, marking an impressive 288% increase compared to the previous year.

Lynk & Co, another brand under the Geely Automobile umbrella, also saw positive growth in February. The brand sold 17,238 vehicles during the month, representing a year-on-year growth of over 30%. NEVs accounted for approximately 48% of Lynk & Co’s total monthly sales. Additionally, Lynk & Co announced the upcoming launch of the Lynk & Co 900, the first mass-produced vehicle to be equipped with NVIDIA’s Thor chipset, set to hit the market in the second quarter of the year.

ZEEKR, Geely’s premium NEV brand, delivered 14,039 vehicles in February, marking an 18% month-on-month growth and an impressive 87% surge from the previous year. The brand also introduced its new model, the ZEEKR 007 GT, further expanding its product lineup.

ZEEKR has also made its entry into the Egyptian market, launching the ZEEKR 001 and ZEEKR X models, while the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P has officially been introduced in Europe.

Geely Automobile’s exceptional performance in February 2025 underscores the company’s continued success and growth trajectory in the competitive automotive industry. With a strong focus on NEVs and strategic global expansion initiatives, Geely Automobile remains a key player in the evolving automotive landscape.
