The Farizon SV electric van has officially launched in the UK market, with sales beginning in London. The flagship dealership, located on the A406 North Circular near the Hangar Lane Gyratory in Park Royal, showcases the brand’s corporate identity that will be rolled out across the UK in the coming months. Two franchised dealers, Heathrow Van Centre in west London and SMV Commercials Yeovil in the south-west of England, have been appointed to offer interested businesses a free 48-hour test drive of the Farizon SV.

The Park Royal showroom currently features a selection of demonstrators, with plans to expand the fleet in the coming months to showcase the diverse range of variants available. Scott Fogharty, Head of Business at Jameel Motors UK, expressed excitement about the positive reaction to the launch activities and looks forward to working with customers to get them on the road with their new SV electric vans.

The Farizon SV boasts innovative features such as drive-by-wire technology, a b-pillarless design, and cell-to-pack battery packaging, delivering market-leading cargo capacity, payload, range, and an ultra-low loading height. The single trim level includes premium features like a payload monitoring system, heated seats, heated steering wheel, 360-degree surround view, and a suite of ADAS safety systems. The SV has also received a five-star safety rating from Euro NCAP.

Customers can choose from 67 kWh, 83 kWh, or 106 kWh battery options, all powered by a single electric powertrain producing 170 kW (231 PS) of power and 336 Nm of torque. The SV offers a WLTP range of up to 342 miles in the city and up to 247 miles combined, with a fast 20 to 80 per cent charge achievable in just 36 minutes.

In conclusion, the Farizon SV electric van is set to make a mark in the UK market with its cutting-edge features, impressive performance, and commitment to sustainability. With the launch of the flagship dealership in London and plans for expansion across the UK, Farizon is poised to establish itself as a leader in the commercial electric vehicle segment.
