Nio Inc, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, recently released its January delivery figures, showcasing a total of 13,863 vehicles sold. The breakdown of these deliveries reveals interesting insights into the performance of different models under the Nio main brand and the Onvo sub-brand.

The Nio main brand offers a range of eight models, including SUVs like the ES8, ES7, ES6, EC7, and EC6, as well as sedans like the ET7, ET5, and ET5 Touring. The most recent addition to the lineup is the ET9 executive flagship sedan, which is set to hit the market in the first quarter of 2025 with a starting price of RMB 788,000.

On the other hand, the Onvo sub-brand currently features only one model, the L60, which contributed significantly to Nio Inc’s deliveries in January. The L60 accounted for 42.65% of total deliveries, showcasing its popularity among consumers.

Among the Nio-branded models, the ES6 and ET5 Touring also made substantial contributions to the overall delivery figures, with 19.30% and 14.13% respectively. These numbers highlight the diverse appeal of Nio’s product lineup, catering to different consumer preferences in the electric vehicle market.

It is important to note that the overall delivery figures for January saw a decline compared to previous months, attributed to seasonal factors affecting the automotive industry. Despite this, Nio Inc continues to maintain a strong presence in the market, with a robust lineup of models and a dedicated customer base.

As Nio Inc gears up for the future, CEO William Li has announced plans to launch new models or facelifts every quarter starting from Q2 onwards. This strategic approach aims to keep the brand fresh and competitive in the fast-evolving electric vehicle landscape.
