Tesla is facing a myriad of troubles in the month of April, with top executives leaving the company, plummeting demand, slipping sales, and threats to government incentives both at home and abroad. The brand is also embroiled in a lawsuit with OpenAI, adding to the list of woes. With 20 more days left in the month, things are looking grim for Elon Musk and Tesla.

Adding to the company’s woes is a $43 million rebate scandal in Canada, which is negatively impacting people’s perceptions of the brand. Furthermore, despite promises, neither the Roadster 2.0 nor the Tesla Semi will see production this year. Overall, Tesla seems to be in hot water.
